Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 4:34PM Links to interesting projects and products I came across recently:
- Avocado and JSQuiche .. Avocado is a programming environment for JavaScript built by CoolFridge Software, based on some of the principles of the Self language.
- Vaadin .. Vaadin is a Java framework to build modern web applications. It uses GWT for rendering the UI in the browser. A good starting point to learn more about Vaadin is the "Book of Vaadin".
- Instantiations Developer Tools .. Google relaunches Instantiations Developer Tools for free. That powerful set of tools supports designing and testings of GWT, Swing, RCP, and SWT based UIs.
- Apache Mahout .. Mahout's goal is to build scalable machine learning libraries.
- Social Media Analytics Research Toolkit .. SMART collects, manages and analyzes social media data using open source packages. Analysis capabilities include exploratory data analysis, interactive data visualization, regression, clustering, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, social network analysis, text mining and natural language processing.
